Refurbishing Process:

  • Our Refurbished printers include a new Maintenance Kit installed by our HP/Lexmark Authorized technicians which includes a Fuser Assembly and a complete roller kit.
  • Each printer is disassembled and blown free of toner and dust.
  • The technician updates the firmware and tests all the electronics.
  • High-wear parts such as gears and rollers are replaced with new parts.
  • The technician then checks and replaces any plastic pieces that have cracks or damage.
  • Connectivity ports such as ethernet (network card) and USB are thoroughly tested.
  • Printer is set to the original factory settings.
  • Image quality is re-tested in final stages of quality control.
  • And finally each unit is professionally boxed with high impact foam for safe delivery.
